Refund Policy

Deposits

  • Any deposits paid to secure a childcare place are non-refundable, unless I am unable to offer the agreed place.

 

Session Fees

  • Fees are invoiced in arrears and are non-refundable if a child is absent due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons. The place is held open for your child, and costs still apply.

  • If I am unable to provide care (for example, due to my illness, emergency closure, or other unforeseen circumstances), a refund or credit will be applied to your next invoice.

 

Cancellations and Notice

  • A minimum of 48 written notice is required to Cancel childcare arrangements.

  • Any fees due during the notice period must be paid in full.

  • Refunds will not be given if care ends without the agreed notice.

 

Trips and Extras

  • Payments made for trips or special events may be refundable if cancelled with at least 7 days notice.

 

Process for Refunds

  • Where a refund is due, it will be made by the original payment method (e.g. bank transfer) within 5 working days
