Refund Policy
Deposits

Any deposits paid to secure a childcare place are non-refundable, unless I am unable to offer the agreed place.
Session Fees

Fees are invoiced in arrears and are non-refundable if a child is absent due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons. The place is held open for your child, and costs still apply.

If I am unable to provide care (for example, due to my illness, emergency closure, or other unforeseen circumstances), a refund or credit will be applied to your next invoice.
Cancellations and Notice

A minimum of 48 written notice is required to Cancel childcare arrangements.

Any fees due during the notice period must be paid in full.

Refunds will not be given if care ends without the agreed notice.
Trips and Extras

Payments made for trips or special events may be refundable if cancelled with at least 7 days notice.
Process for Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be made by the original payment method (e.g. bank transfer) within 5 working days
